The man who answered said I had the right number and offered to transfer me back. I called the number on the card several times and no one answered, so I called the front desk to see if I had the right number. Later that night we decided to call room service for pizza, as there was a tent card in our room advertising that you could order room service from 5pm-11pm. While the lobby smells quite strongly of smoke, you really couldn't smell it at all once you were in the area of the rooms. I did appreciate that our room was in 'Tower 2,' which is entirely nonsmoking. On the plus side, we asked for a crib when we got to the room and housekeeping brought us one within 10 minutes of our call, along with extra blankets for it. Our toilet ran most of the night as well. Our room was at the end of the hall furthest from the stairs and elevator, but was still noisy most of the night. The sheets seemed clean, but the comforter was dingy-looking. Our room had candy on the floor under the night stand, so clearly hadn't been vacuumed well. I joined the other 5 people in the only other line. One of the employees was on the phone the entire time we waited in line (15 minutes) and actually scowled at me when I walked up to her desk, thinking she'd be off the phone any minute. Upon check-in, there were two employees at the front desk and about 5 people waiting to check it. We stayed at this hotel for one night when we attended a family wedding in the area.
